Do you bill medical insurance, PIP (car accident insurance) or L & I (Injury at work)?

While we do not accept or bill medical insurance, PIP or L & I, we are happy to provide you with a coded receipt (superbill) for you to submit to your insurance company on your own if your policy has out of network benefits. It is important to know that your insurance provider may not reimburse the entire charge or accept the superbill. (please check with your insurance provider prior to services).
